Upgrade one of the most failure-prone systems on your 2005–2007 Ford Super Duty 6.0L Powerstroke with the Bullet Proof Diesel Engine Oil Cooling and Filtration System. This complete kit replaces the factory oil-to-coolant cooler—a leading cause of restricted coolant flow, EGR cooler failures, overheating, oil/coolant mixing, and premature engine wear—with a heavy-duty air-to-oil cooler and a reliable remote spin-on oil filter setup.

The patented air-to-oil design uses a large, high-capacity cooler mounted up front (tall configuration for proper 2005–2007 Super Duty fitment) to keep oil temperatures under control independently of the engine coolant. Oil is routed through a billet transfer block that replaces the OEM cooler and filter housing, then through extreme-duty hoses to the cooler and a larger, commercially available spin-on filter (Wix, NAPA, and similar). This delivers significantly better cooling capacity under heavy towing and high ambient temperatures while providing superior filtration that reduces wear on injectors, the high-pressure oil pump, and engine internals.

The Hot Climates version is optimized for hot-weather and demanding-use applications by circulating oil through the cooler at all times. It still performs well across a wide range of conditions and has been real-world tested from desert heat to colder climates.
