Early 1999 7.3L Power Stroke Engine Harness — Replaces F81Z-12B637-BA

This is the main engine-bay harness for early 1999 Super Duty trucks with the 7.3L Power Stroke. It carries power and signal circuits between the PCM/IDM side and the engine-mounted components, including the injectors, glow plugs, CPS, ICP, IPR, MAP/EBP, ECT, IAT, oil-pressure sender, and related fuel and engine sensors. Original 7.3 harnesses commonly fail from heat, vibration, and oil or fuel soaking. Once the insulation gets brittle, trucks start showing misfires, hard starts, no-starts, glow-plug faults, and intermittent sensor codes. This aftermarket harness is built to match factory connector positions and branch routing so it can be installed as a direct replacement on the correct early-1999 application. Label every connector before removal and follow factory routing through the valley, valve covers, relay area, and sensor locations. After install, verify glow-plug operation and a clean start with no new electrical faults.

This part number is application-specific. Early 1999 and late 1999 / 1999.5 trucks look similar but do not use the same harness. Later trucks add circuits and change connector layout, so an EA, FA, or California-emissions harness will not correctly replace a BA harness.
