The Driven Diesel DD-SD-HVFDK-BM is a high-volume fuel kit for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0, built around a Bosch Motorsports 200 pump. It is set up for an aftermarket sump, pickup, or sending unit. The Fuelab version is DD-SD-HVFDK-FL. The tank connection is not in this box.
You get the Bosch 200, a stainless pump bracket and back plate, billet pre-pump and post-pump filter heads, a Baldwin BF1252 water separator, a Baldwin BF7633 final filter, 10 feet of -10 hose, 12 feet of -6 hose, insulated clamps, and the Driven Diesel harness. It mounts inside the frame on most Super Duty cabs, and outside the frame where the tank is in the way. A 1999–2003 7.3 E-Series and Excursion are on the list. A 2003–2007 6.0 is F-Series and Excursion.
It fits 1999–2007 Super Duty, Excursion, and 1999–2003 E-Series trucks with a 7.3 or a 6.0.

The sump or the sending unit has to be on the truck first. A 1/2-inch NPT or a -8 port on the sump is the match. Check pressure at the engine under load.
