The Driven Diesel DD-FA-InstallKit-V5 is the hose kit that ties a FASS or an AirDog to a Driven Diesel fuel-bowl-delete regulated return on a 1999–2007 7.3 or 6.0. It is the line only. The pump and the bowl delete are separate.

V5 is one continuous line from the pump outlet to the bowl delete, with no fitting in the middle. You get 16 feet of Gates 300 psi Push-Lok hose and the fittings. It works with a FASS Titanium and an AirDog II, including the 5G. A grey FASS 125G or 140G still wants the 75 psi spring, DD-FASS-75PSI, so the engine regulator can do its job.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 and 2003–2007 6.0 trucks that already have the Driven Diesel regulated return.

Route the hose away from the exhaust and the driveshaft. Check for a leak at the first start. The 75 psi spring is DD-FASS-75PSI.
