The FASS TSPF14250F220G is a Titanium Signature Series Plus fuel system for a 1999–2003 7.3 or a 2003–2007 6.0. It is rated at 220 gallons per hour at about 60 to 65 psi, and FASS lists it to about 900 hp. The pump-only Signature unit is FASF15250F220G.
Filtration is about 2 micron, with a water separator, so air, water, and debris come out before the injectors. Lines and ports are 1/2 inch. It mounts on the factory bed bolts. No drilling. Filter life is about 30,000 miles. The warranty is limited lifetime. A cab-and-chassis may need a different mount. The heater kit is HK1001. The high-output disk is HK1002. The 140 gph pump is FASF15180F140G. FASS approves the 75 psi spring on a 125G or 140G. On this system they want the silver fitting in DD-FASS-PSIFIX first if rail pressure falls off.
