The aFe 46-20094-B is the hot- and cold-side intercooler pipe kit for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It replaces both tubes. The intercooler stays.

The pipes are 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum in textured black. aFe lists up to about 5 percent more flow than the stock tubes, and about 6 hp and 17 lb-ft. Five-ply high-temp couplings and stainless spring T-bolt clamps are in the box. It bolts to a factory intercooler or an aFe core. The warranty is 2 years.

It fits 1999.5–2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks.
