The aFe 46-20099-B is the driver-side intercooler pipe for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the hot side only. The passenger pipe is 46-20098-B. The full kit is 46-20094-B.

The pipe is 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum, powder-coated. A 5-ply high-temp coupling and stainless spring T-bolt clamps are in the box. It bolts to a factory intercooler or an aFe core and uses the factory mounts. The warranty is 2 years.

It fits 1999.5–2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks.

If both tubes are crushed, the kit with both sides is 46-20094-B. If only the boots are split, a boot kit is the smaller job.
