The Air Lift 57154 LoadLifter 5000 is a front air spring kit for the 1999–2004 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 4WD, 1999–2004 F-450 / F-550 and 2000–2005 Excursion 4WD. It adds adjustable support at the front axle to help keep the vehicle level under heavy loads, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
