It adds up to 5,000 lbs of adjustable load-leveling capacity so the truck stays more stable, with less sag, sway, and bottoming out. These air springs work with the factory leaf springs, not instead of them, so you can add support when loaded and ease pressure off when empty. Air pressure is fully adjustable from 5–100 PSI.
