The Air Lift 57345 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the Ford F-450 / F-550 cab and chassis trucks (F-550 1994–2026, F-450 commercial chassis 2004–2026, F-450 Super Duty 1994–2007). It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
