The Air Lift 57391 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the 2017–2026 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 2WD pickups (SRW and DRW). It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
