The Air Lift 57395 LoadLifter 5000 is a rear air spring kit for the 2011–2016 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty 2WD and 2011–2014 F-450 2WD pickups. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
