The Air Lift 57550 LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 2020–2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD dual rear wheel (DRW) pickup. It uses 7-inch double-bellows air springs to add adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
