The Air Lift 88215 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate rear air spring kit adds up to 5,000 lbs of adjustable load-leveling capacity so your truck stays level, stable, and comfortable when towing or hauling. What sets Ultimate apart is the closed-cell urethane foam jounce bumper built inside each air spring. It absorbs shock, reduces harsh jarring on rough roads, helps prevent bottoming out, and lets you safely run with zero air pressure if a bag loses air. Air pressure is fully adjustable from 5–100 PSI so you can firm the ride when loaded and ease it off when empty. These helper springs work with your factory leaf springs to fight squat, trailer sway, and sag without replacing the stock suspension.
