The Air Lift 88291 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is a rear air spring kit for the 1999–2007 Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty pickups equipped with a B&W hitch #1105 or #1199R. It adds adjustable load support so the vehicle stays level and stable when towing or hauling, and you set the air pressure to match the load.
