The AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G (A7SABD540) is a frame-mounted air and fuel separation system for the first-generation 5.9L 12-valve Cummins. It feeds the VE injection pump directly, bypassing the factory filter housing and block-mounted lift pump.

This 165 GPH version pulls fuel through a high flow suction tube, then through a water separator and a 2 micron filter. Separated air and vapor return to the tank through a filler neck tee.
