The Atlas 277-9603 is a Stage 2 high-pressure oil pump for a 1996–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is a drop-in for the factory HPOP and moves more than 25 percent more oil.
A worn pump is what starves the injectors under load. This one is built to feed stock injectors through about 250 cc, or 100 percent over. The discharge ports use steel threaded inserts, so the fittings do not strip the aluminum the way they do on a stock pump. A mounting gasket and new Viton O-rings for your existing lines are in the box. Every pump is flow-bench tested. It is a reman core with the Stage 2 work done. The IPR and the hose fittings are not included. Pull those off your old pump before you send the core back. A core charge applies.
It fits 1996–2003 Super Duty, OBS, and Excursion 7.3 trucks. It does not fit a 1994–1995 pump.
Change the oil and the fuel filter when it goes on. A new pump on dirty oil will not last.

Will the Atlas Stage 2 HPOP support FFD 180/30% injectors and will i notice much a difference over the stock HPOP?

This Hpop will support those injectors. If your HPOP is not holding pressure you will feel a difference.

I know it says 250cc but will it support 250/200 injectors??

It will but would be maxed out. Suggest the adrenaline for those injectors.

No. Works with factory lines and sensors.

this is a high quality HPOP. at WOT i dont notice my injectors running out of power anymore. I am currently running stock injectors, but want to upgrade down the road. I like how this pump will support up to 250/100 injectors so i still have plenty of options down the road and dont have to worry about revisiting the oil supply.
