The ATS 3142203104 is a filler-tube repair kit for a 1994–2010 Powerstroke with an E4OD, a 4R100, or a 5R110W. It replaces the dipstick tube that leaks at the case. Ford lists that tube as XC3Z-7A160-AA.
The factory seal is a thin Teflon coating, and it weeps. This one is two pieces, with a billet base and oil-resistant O-rings. The lower piece comes out with the transmission still in the truck. About 20 minutes, instead of pulling the unit to change the factory tube.
It fits 1994–2010 Powerstroke trucks with an E4OD, 4R100, or 5R110W.
