The ATS 6019003224 is a Co-Pilot lockup controller for a 1999–2003 7.3 with a 4R100. It lets you set when the converter clutch locks. Power off, the truck goes back to the factory strategy.

A push button sets the lock and unlock speed. The floor is about 18 mph, so it will not stall the engine at a stop if you forget it. Locked on a grade it holds the truck back, and it can run an exhaust brake and the converter clutch together. ATS wants a heavy-duty converter and clutch packs if you lock it hard under load. A stock shaft is still the weak part. The warranty is 1 year.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 trucks with a 4R100.
