The Driven Diesel DD-73FS-BanjoKit is a high-flow stainless steel banjo bolt upgrade kit for 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke cylinder head fuel ports. It includes four custom CNC-machined stainless banjo bolts and four copper crush washers to replace the restrictive factory hardware. Driven Diesel machines these with enlarged center bores, chamfered side passages, and an undercut design to maximize fuel volume into and out of the heads.

Fuel starvation at the rear injectors, pressure drop under heavy throttle, and fuel turbulence caused by factory check valves or restrictive bolt orifices are what this kit solves. By opening up the flow path, fuel enters the cylinder head fuel rails with less resistance to properly feed larger single-shot or hybrid injectors. It is the high-flow banjo bolt and crush washer set only; regulated return lines and fuel rail feed lines are not included.

It fits 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke trucks, Excursions, and E-Series vans, primarily designed to complete Driven Diesel Regulated Return fuel systems.

Ensure the cylinder head sealing surface around each fuel port is completely clean and free of corrosion before installing new copper washers. Do not overtighten stainless banjo bolts into the cast iron cylinder heads; torque evenly to manufacturer specifications using hand tools to prevent shearing or crushing the sealing washers out of round.
