The BD 1600036 is a bypass-tube eliminator for a 1999–2003 4R100. It replaces the external tube that fails and sends oil around the cooler. Two aluminum shunts and the sealing washers are in the kit.
Pull the tube and bolt the shunts in. About an hour. BD already includes these in the 1064013 filter kit, the Xtruded cooler, and their 4R100 rebuilds. The warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles. The DieselSite 4RCDK also replaces the banjo bolts that still have the check ball. This kit is the tube only.
It fits 1999–2003 7.3 trucks with a 4R100.

I have not installed the item yet, but I am thinking when I'm down under the truck and check out the fittings that it might just be self-explanatory, I hope.
