The DieselSite TFIK is an external transmission filter for a 1994–2003 7.3 with an E4OD or a 4R100. It sits on the pressure side of the pump. It does not replace the filter in the pan.
The hoses are stainless braided and use the factory line fittings, so the cooler lines do not get cut. The element spins off. An optional gauge shows when the filter is loading up. A 1999–2003 4R100 uses the 3/8-inch lines. A pre-1997 E4OD is usually 5/16. A 1997 can be either. Match the line before you order.
It fits 1994–2003 7.3 trucks with an E4OD or 4R100.
