The Beans Diesel Multi-Function Fuel Tank Sump (280002) is the upgraded billet aluminum sump from the company that invented the single-hole design. Precision-machined from 6061 billet aluminum in Tennessee, it provides true bottom-of-the-tank fuel pickup for today’s high-flow lift pump systems.
- Uses every drop of fuel — no air issues below 1/8 tank
- Multi-function: supply + return, single outlet, or dual outlet for high HP
- O-ring Boss fittings and single O-ring seal for leak-free performance
- Machined sediment bowl to protect filters
- Stainless drain plug for easy maintenance
- Quick single 3" hole + single bolt install (no tank drop)
Kit includes:
- Billet aluminum sump body
- In-tank backer ring
- Stainless bolt, washer & O-ring
- (2) -8 ORB to 1/2" push-lock/QDC fittings
- -8 ORB plug (single outlet)
- 1/4" NPT stainless drain plug
- 3" hole saw (for plastic tanks)
