Beans Diesel 280002 Multi-Function Fuel Tank Sump

The Beans Diesel 280002 Multi-Function Fuel Tank Sump is a USA-made upgrade that solves common aftermarket fuel-system problems. Machined from a single piece of 6061 billet aluminum, it pulls fuel from the lowest point in the tank so you can run well below 1/8 tank without drawing air. It also quiets high-flow lift pumps (AirDog, FASS, and similar) and reduces strain on the pump.

The original single-hole design needs only a 3-inch hole and one bolt. A “Pacman” backer ring installs from inside the tank without dropping it. A single O-ring plus O-ring-boss (ORB) fittings create a leak-resistant seal—unlike traditional pipe-thread fittings.
