Upgrade worn factory shocks without changing ride height. The Bilstein B6 4600 (24-186070) is a direct-fit front monotube shock for stock-height Dodge and Ram heavy-duty trucks. It is application-tuned for daily driving, towing, and mixed road use—more control than a typical twin-tube OE shock, without a harsh lifted-truck feel.
The 46mm monotube body and high-pressure nitrogen charge keep damping consistent when heat builds on long hauls or rough pavement. A velocity-sensitive digressive piston reacts as road inputs change, so the truck stays planted with cargo, passengers, or a trailer instead of floating or topping out.
