The 2003-2009 Ram Cummins intercooler cracks a tank and boost leaks out the bead. Replace it with the CSF 6009 only if the truck uses the 1-1/4 inch core. A 2-inch core was also used in these years, and that one is CSF 6072.

• Build: Tube-and-fin aluminum core, 27-1/2 inches by 24-5/8 inches and 1-1/4 inches thick, with 3-inch inlet and outlet tubes.
• Part number: CSF 6009 crosses OEM 55057092AA.
• Fitment: 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 with the 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins.
• Does not fit: 2010-up 6.7L Rams. It also does not replace the 2-inch core, CSF 6072, or the bar-and-plate core, CSF 6025.
