The LBZ and LMM tube-and-fin intercooler is the part that heat-soaks and cracks a tank once the truck is turned up. Upgrade with the CSF 7102. CSF's cast tanks and thicker bar-and-plate core are built for that higher boost.

• Build: Bar-and-plate core, 1.625 inches thick, against the factory tube-and-fin core at 0.78 inch. Core length is 20.5 inches and tank-to-tank height is 36 inches. Tanks are cast aluminum and TIG welded, not stamped.
• Test: CSF pressure-tests this bar-and-plate core at 120 psi and finishes the exterior in thermal-rejection powder coat.
• Part number: CSF 7102 crosses OEM 19370174 and 15293729.
• Fitment: 2006-2010 Silverado and Sierra 2500HD, 2007 Classic 2500HD and 3500, and 2007-2010 Silverado and Sierra 3500HD, all 6.6L diesel.
• Does not fit: A 2006 3500 that is not a Classic, and 2011-up trucks. The tube-and-fin unit is CSF 6002 and the other bar-and-plate unit is CSF 6023.
• Not in the box: Boots, hoses, and clamps are not included.
• Warranty: CSF lists a 2-year limited warranty for the original owner. The term is on the warranty card in the box.
