The DieselSite HX is a high pressure oil crossover line that connects the left and right high pressure oil rails on the 7.3L Powerstroke. This listing is for 1994-1997 OBS trucks, with a 1999-2003 version available in the year options.

With the rails joined, the PCM's single ICP sensor sees pressure from both heads, and the oil supply balances between banks for more even fueling. The hose volume also works like a small accumulator to soak up pressure spikes, which helps idle quality.

Vehicle Fitment & Technical Installation Notes

• Fitment: 1994-1997 Ford F-250/F-350 with the 7.3L Powerstroke and a stock style high pressure oil pump. Not for trucks with a DieselSite Adrenaline HPOP, which balances the rails inside the pump.
• Installation Tip: This line joins the oil rails and does not replace the pump-to-head hoses. DieselSite recommends replacing it, and the factory HPOP hoses, once a year on trucks running performance tuning.
