1999.5-2003 7.3L Powerstroke Stainless Steel Bellowed Up Pipes DieselSite BUP73

The DieselSite BUP73 is a 409 stainless bellowed up-pipe kit for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It replaces the factory pipes and the donut gaskets that leak between the up-pipes and the collector.

The bellows let the pipe grow with heat instead of crushing the seal. That is the joint that soots the firewall and ticks at idle when the stock donuts fail. The pipes are polished 409 stainless. Gaskets, bolts, and hardware are included. No welding and no modification on a late truck. It replaces Ford F81Z-6K854-EA, F81Z-6K854-FA, and F8TZ-6K854-AA.

It fits late-1999.5 through 2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks. It cannot be shipped to California. Early 1999 small-case trucks are not the stated fitment.

    Fitment

    • 1999.5–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
    • F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550
    • 409 stainless bellowed up-pipes
    • Gaskets and hardware included
    • Does not fit early 1999 as cataloged
    • Not for sale in California

Replace both sides. A new gasket on a cracked pipe will still leak.

This is my second time installing these up pipes. First install last year on my early 99 7.3 in my hot shot truck, and last month on my 01 7.3 personal truck. Installation was easy in spite of no directions. First one was done while I had the transmission out and the second one while I was replacing the cab. The picture shown is the first one on my early 99 7.3. No problems with either one afterwards.
