The DPC F4RMDLS is a medium-duty triple-disc converter for a 1994–2003 7.3 with an E4OD or a 4R100. It is the low-stall unit, about 1,800 rpm, rated to about 500 hp. The heavy-duty converter is F4RHDLS.
The cover is studded billet, 6-stud. The impeller is furnace-brazed. The turbine and the hub are TIG welded. Torrington bearings and a high-performance sprag are in the unit. The red cap is the identifier. A core charge applies. The warranty is 2 years. The flex plate has to be the 6-stud pattern.
It fits 1994–2003 F-250 through F-550 and 2000–2003 Excursion trucks with a 6-stud E4OD or 4R100.

What's the difference between low stall and stock stall,my truck is a 97 7.3 powerstroke running 450 hp rebuild transmission and looking for good option

Low stall simply means it has a lower stall RPM. It is going to engage quicker. A lower stall speed is usually more efficient if your driving in town a lot with the torque converter unlocked.

My old torque converter had a leak, heard good things about DPC and decided to give them a try and was not disappointed. The torque converter used to unlock with any acceleration and any load, now the truck stays in gear even as speed drops and allows for boost to build up. Transmission is STOCK as well as COOLING, the trucks current setup is 180/0 injectors and PHP Hydra with FFD box tuning. awesome set up for a daily driver. Massive thanks to Full Force Diesel for quality parts and customer service!!!
