The Driven Diesel DD-10mm-06MJ is a custom fuel pump discharge adapter fitting designed for 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke electric fuel pumps and high-performance fuel delivery conversions. It threads directly into the M10x1.0 threaded discharge port on OEM-style Bosch fuel pumps (including Bosch 69136) and converts it to a standard -6 AN (9/16-18) male flare connection. Driven Diesel machines this fitting from high-strength steel with a zinc-plated finish for maximum corrosion resistance and durability.

Restricting fuel flow with the factory 5/16" push-connect line, or plumbing custom -6 AN braided stainless fuel feed lines to a post-pump filter or regulated return fuel system, is what this adapter is for. It eliminates the fragile factory plastic quick-disconnect fitting at the pump outlet and provides a robust, leak-free mechanical flare connection capable of supporting increased fuel volume and higher operating pressures. It is the fuel pump outlet adapter fitting only; the fuel pump, -6 AN hose ends, and crush washer are sold separately.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke Super Duty trucks and Excursions running factory Bosch electric pumps, as well as 1994–1997 OBS 7.3 trucks using an aftermarket electric fuel (e-fuel) conversion built around standard Bosch-style pumps.

Always use a new copper or aluminum crush washer on the M10 threaded side to ensure a positive hydraulic seal against the fuel pump discharge port. Thread the adapter into the pump by hand to prevent cross-threading the metric port before torquing securely with a wrench. Do not use Teflon tape or thread sealant paste on the -6 AN 37-degree flare side, as the seal is formed entirely by the mechanical mating surfaces of the flare.
