The Edge Evolution CTS3 85400-100 is a flash tuner and in-cab monitor for 1994.5–2019 Ford Powerstroke trucks. It plugs into the OBD-II port, loads an Edge calibration, and stays on the dash as a 5-inch touchscreen.

Power levels cover economy, tow, daily driving, and performance. On a stock truck the top file is about 80 hp on a 1994–1997 7.3, higher on a 1999–2003 7.3, and up to 110 hp and 265 lb-ft on a 2011–2014 6.7, 110 hp and 315 lb-ft on a 2015–2016 6.7, and 120 hp and 220 lb-ft on a 2017–2019 6.7. The screen shows boost, EGT, transmission temperature, regen status, and dozens of other parameters, and it can read and clear codes. It logs data, runs 0–60 and quarter-mile tests, and boots straight to the gauge screen. Updates are over Wi-Fi.

It is a tuner you leave plugged in, not a flash-and-unplug box. These files do not delete emissions equipment. A truck with the DPF or EGR removed will not take the preloaded tunes.

Gains are on a stock truck. A deleted or heavily modified engine needs a custom file, not the tunes that ship in the box.
