The FASS 32283R is the replacement heater element for a Titanium or Titanium Signature Series pump. It is the element in the HK1001 kit. The element only. The harness is not included. The Drop-In element is DIFS32283R.

A dead element is a pump that gels in the filter on a cold morning. This one plugs into the heater port. The Ultimate kit, with the disk and two probes, is HK1003U. The no-drill bracket is NDB1002.

It fits a FASS Titanium or Titanium Signature Series system that uses the HK1001 heater.

Check the fuse before you call the element bad. A gelled filter still has to be changed. This piece thaws fuel. It does not pull water out of the tank.
