This air entrainment causes premature CP3 pump wear, injector tip erosion, and rail pressure drops; the TSD07100G eliminates these issues by supplying steady positive pressure directly to the high-pressure pump inlet.

This system includes two FASS BHF-1005 6061-T6 billet aluminum bulkhead fittings and a PTFE Teflon suction tube, allowing clean plumbing directly through the factory fuel tank module without cutting the filler neck.
