The FASS FC3001K (FASS Connect Lite) is a multi-parameter digital fuel system monitoring kit engineered for diesel trucks equipped with aftermarket lift pumps. Designed as a high-precision digital display interface, this system monitors critical low-pressure fuel delivery metrics in real time. FASS packages the Connect Lite kit with a high-accuracy electronic pressure transducer, a high-temperature fluid sensor, a weather-sealed wiring harness, and a compact digital display that mounts seamlessly on the dash or inside standard gauge pods.

Injection pump cavitation, dry running expensive Bosch CP3, CP4, VP44, or Powerstroke HEUI injection pumps, sudden pressure drops under wide-open throttle, clogged fuel filters starving high-pressure circuits, and unmonitored fuel gelling in extreme winter climates are what this system cures. High-performance diesel platforms rely entirely on continuous fuel volume and pressure from the lift pump to cool and lubricate internal pump clearances. A drop in lift pump pressure can ruin high-pressure injection components in seconds without illuminating a factory check engine light. The FASS Connect Lite tracks live supply pressure and fluid temperature, providing instant visual warnings before fuel starvation damages expensive fuel system components. It is a digital fuel monitoring display, transducer, sensor, and wiring harness kit only; lift pumps, mounting brackets, fuel tee blocks, and fuel hoses are sold separately.

It fits universal diesel applications equipped with a FASS Titanium, Titanium Signature Series, or any aftermarket or OEM electric diesel lift pump system.

Disconnect both vehicle batteries before beginning any electrical wiring or sensor installation. Thread the 1/8-inch NPT pressure transducer directly into the dedicated gauge port on the FASS filter block, post-pump manifold, or fuel bowl test adapter—always use a diesel-rated liquid thread sealant (such as Loctite 567) on tapered NPT threads and never use Teflon tape, which can fragment and clog fuel injectors. When installing on VP44 or CP3 Cummins applications, mount the pressure sensor remotely via a grease gun whip hose or install a snubber valve to protect the electronic transducer from harsh pump-pulsation spikes. Route the wiring harness through a rubber firewall grommet clear of hot exhaust piping, steering linkages, and sharp metal edges, and connect the main power leads to a fused 12-volt key-on switched ignition source and a clean chassis ground.
