

The FFD Rail System is a Patent Pending design that was developed to be an easy and cost effective method to help run higher HPOP pressures in your 7.3L Powerstroke. By simply suspending the FFD Rail System in the oil log, the rail will allow less high pressure oil in the oil log, maintain the same pressure as before, but reduce the amount of flow from the HPOP. A reduction in oil consumption from the oil log will now allow more pressure to the injectors with less IPR duty cycle. With the FFD Rail System, you can now run larger injectors, up to 350cc in size, with a stock or modified high pressure oil pump.
Common sized injectors such as the Stage 1’s and 2’s, with a flow rate of either 160-180cc’s, and Stage 3 injectors with flow rates between 238-300cc’s, can utilize the stock 17 degree HPOP. With higher flowing, competition style injectors, in the 350cc range, we recommend using the Adrenaline modified HPOP.
The FFD Rail System will work with anything in the HPOP system. HPX (high pressure crossover) line, FFD Dual Pumps, any dual pump system, aftermarket oil pressure sensors, etc.
