The FFD HPOP rail system is an insert for the oil logs on a 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It cuts the volume in each rail so the pump can hold pressure on bigger injectors. The pump is not included.
The stock logs are large. A bigger injector drinks that volume and the IPR duty cycle climbs. These rails sit in the logs, so the same pressure takes less oil. FFD rates them for injectors up to about 350 cc on a stock or modified HPOP. Stage 1 and Stage 2 injectors, about 160 to 180 cc, and Stage 3, about 238 to 300 cc, can stay on a 17-degree pump. At 350 cc they recommend an Adrenaline or a Stage 2 pump. New rail plugs are in the kit. The old plugs come out, the rail halves go in the log, and the new plugs close it. About an hour. It works with an HPX line or a dual-pump setup. The warranty is lifetime.
It fits 1994–2003 OBS and Super Duty 7.3 trucks.

The FFD oil rail system works flawlessly. I was a bit sceptical at first but it definitely does what they say it does. Throttle response is much quicker and smoother, it also gets rid of the jumpy throttle when you stomp on it and then let off....It pairs quite nicely with my Full Force 180/30 injectors. Installation was fairly simple. Thanks Full Force for another great product.
