The Ford 1C3Z-8286-CA is the lower radiator hose for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke with a single radiator and the straight water-pump outlet. Motorcraft also lists it as KM-4671. The warranty is 2 years. The upper hose is XC3Z-8260-DA.

It runs from the pump outlet to the radiator. A soft or split hose is a coolant loss on a grade. Clamps are not included. A truck with the curved elbow, F81Z-8592-BA, uses a different lower hose. The straight inlet is 1C3Z-8592-AA. A dual-radiator truck uses a different hose.

It fits 1999–2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks with one radiator and the straight outlet.
