The Ford JL3Z-8075-C is the degas-bottle overflow hose for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It replaces F81Z-8075-AB. It is the small hose from the bottle to the radiator. The same hose is used on the 5.4 and the 6.8 in these trucks.
A split overflow hose is a coolant smell and a low bottle, with no leak at the radiator neck. Clamps are not included. The bottle itself is a different part. The aluminum degas tank is Mishimoto MMRT-F2D-99EN.
It fits 1999–2003 F-250 through F-550 and 2000–2003 Excursion trucks with the 7.3.

Replace the clamps. A reused clamp cuts the new hose. Top the bottle off after it is on and check it hot.

I�ve had the hose installed for over a month. Great quality, perfect fit. Hose doesn�t show any signs of potential failure. I recommend buying this replacement hose for your truck!
