PHP Hydra Chip Custom Tunes 7.3 Powerstroke Gearhead Automotive
Complete custom tuning for the Power Hungry Performance Hydra chip. These tunes are custom written for stock or performance injectors with our custom low smoke clean calibrations. Custom written for transmission modifications, HPOP modifications, gear and tire size. These tunes will be written for your truck specifically.
Gone are the days of large black plumes of thick smoke to make more power. With the advancements in tuning we can now produce tons of power even with big injectors. Of course more modifications help with this programming. For example you need to have enough air to supply larger injectors with intakes, exhausts, and turbos. With those requirements met you can have your power and not disturb the environment or your fellow drivers. Clean diesel performance is the new trend and these custom tunes are just what you need. Little to no smoke for the towing and street settings. You may see a slight haze just before the turbo spools but please know this is normal with all diesel engines. *Please note a properly maintained truck is required to achieve the desired smoke levels. Air or boost leaks may need to be addressed. Boost foolers are to be removed with this programming.
The Hydra tunes will be emailed to you if you have a Hydra and the free software. You can be running by the end of the day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tunes to be emailed. You can also send us your chip and we'll install the tunes for you. You will be required to provide shipping.

Towing up to the trucks capacity but with better economy than stock
High Idle
Aids warm-up and running accessories with heavy electrical demand or better air conditioner performance in the summer time on long periods of idling
Stealth
Quiet idle mode, good for drive throughs. Not meant to be driven in or idled for extended periods of time.
Tow/Economy
Gains about 40 HP over stock can usually tow up to 10,000 lbs. but user should watch Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) on long hills if towing 7,000 lbs. and above.
Street Muscle
Gains 80-100 HP over stock and runs about 1300 degrees max with an exhaust and intake installed
Street Fury
Good for extra passing power (must watch EGT) and sprints from stoplight to stoplight without belching tons of smoke
All Out
This file definitely scoots with a stab of the throttle, with power gains over tune 5. This does depend on the condition of your High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) and its availability to produce enough volume to the injectors.
If you are purchasing a Hydra, leave the Hydra Serial Number area blank.

Can't say enough about these guys. Great service ordered my tunes in the morning had them before the day was over. Had to have a couple shift points adjusted emailed them with what I wanted and had revisions the next day.

Can�t imagine not having it now. Went from stock to this and Stage 1 injectors. Computer MPG went from 13 to 23 at 65 on the freeway. Can�t wait to hand calculate it to see what it really is.
