The Alliant AP0011 is the O-ring seal kit for the high-pressure oil pump on a 1994–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the seal set for the pump fittings, equivalent to Ford 2C3Z-9G804-AB. The pump and the gaskets are not included.

Those rings are what weep in the valley when the discharge fittings or the galley plugs have been disturbed. A hard ring also bleeds the oil the injectors need, which shows up as low ICP and a hard start. Replace them any time the HPOP comes off. The warranty is 24 months, unlimited miles.

It fits 1994–2003 F-Series, E-Series, Excursion, and T444E engines. It is not the pump mounting gasket and not the reservoir gasket.
