The Ford F6TZ-6619-AA is the lower gasket for the HPOP reservoir on a 1996 to early-1999 7.3 Powerstroke. It seals the reservoir to the front cover. It has no screen. It is the gasket only.

This is the one that has to match the reservoir. A late truck with a screened gasket uses YC3Z-6619-BA. Putting the screened gasket on this reservoir can crack the case. Putting this flat gasket on a screened reservoir will not seal. A 1999 truck can go either way. Look at the old gasket before you order. It is not the top-cover O-ring and not the pump mounting gasket.

It fits 1996 through early-1999 OBS and early Super Duty 7.3 trucks that came with the non-screen gasket. A 1994–1995 reservoir uses F4TZ-6619-A.
