The MBRP S6204409 is a 4-inch turbo-back exhaust for a 1999–2003 7.3 Excursion. It is the T409 kit with the muffler and a stainless tip. The aluminized Excursion kit is S6204AL. The pickup kit is S6200409. An F-250 or F-350 bed will not take this system.

The pipe is mandrel-bent T409, with the hangers welded on. The muffler is the street profile, a deeper tone than stock without a straight-pipe bark. The tip is polished T304, about 5 inches outside diameter. This is the Armor Plus series, and the warranty is lifetime. MBRP lists it for trucks without a catalytic converter. T409 will still stain in salt, but it outlasts the aluminized kit.

It fits 1999–2003 Excursion 7.3 trucks only. It does not fit an F-Series pickup, a van, or a cab-and-chassis.
