The MBRP S6204AL is a 4-inch turbo-back exhaust for a 1999–2003 7.3 Excursion. It is the aluminized kit with the muffler and a stainless tip. The pickup kit is S6200AL. An F-250 or F-350 bed will not take this system.

The pipe is mandrel-bent aluminized steel and uses the factory hangers. The muffler is included, a moderate note rather than a straight pipe. The tip is polished T304. This is the Armor Lite series. The warranty on aluminized is 3 years. It will rust sooner than stainless in salt. The downpipe is part of the kit. No adapter is required at the turbo.

It fits 1999–2003 Excursion 7.3 trucks only. It does not fit an F-Series pickup, a van, or a cab-and-chassis.
