This Bilstein B8 5160 front shock is a bolt-in remote-reservoir upgrade for 2005–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 4WD trucks, including 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L Powerstroke applications. It is built for trucks running about 2"–2.5" of front lift, with Tremor packages typically fitting at 0"–2". Sold individually; two shocks are required per truck.
