6.7 Powerstroke / Super Duty | Remote Reservoir | 0–3" Rear Lift
Give your lifted 2017–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty the fade-free control it needs. The Bilstein B8 5160, part number 25-311808, is a direct-fit rear remote-reservoir shock built for 6.7L Powerstroke trucks and 7.3L gas Super Dutys running a 0–3" rear lift. It is sold individually — order two for a complete rear pair.
Stock and basic aftermarket shocks fade when a heavy diesel is towing, loaded, or running larger tires. The 5160’s remote reservoir adds oil capacity and heat dissipation so damping stays consistent on the highway, on the job site, and off-road.
This shock uses a 46mm monotube, gas-charged design for consistent, fade-free performance instead of the fading common with twin-tube hydraulic shocks. The remote reservoir provides more oil, better cooling, and extra wheel travel through a floating dividing piston. Velocity-sensitive digressive valving is application-tuned for Super Duty weight, lift height, and use. A 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting keeps hose routing clean and low-profile, and a billet reservoir clamp is included for a vehicle-specific mount. The zinc-plated finish adds corrosion protection for year-round use. Installation is direct bolt-on using factory rear mounting points — no welding or fabrication required.
