The Banks 24458 Quick-Turbo kit is a housing, wheel, and wastegate upgrade for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is not a complete turbo. It uses your stock GTP38 center section.
The kit is the Quick-Turbo compressor housing, a high-boost compressor wheel, and the BigHead wastegate actuator. Banks built it to kill the lag off idle, hold more boost through the midrange, and keep the wastegate seated so it does not bleed drive pressure early. They also use the wheel and housing to cut compressor surge. EGTs come down because the turbo is moving air sooner. The turbine housing and the CHRA are not included.
It fits late-1999.5 through 2003 F-250 and F-350 trucks with the wastegated GTP38. Early 1999 and OBS trucks do not have this wastegate. It cannot be shipped to California.
Replace the compressor-housing O-ring when the housing comes off. A new housing on a flat ring will leak boost.

This is the second set of banks products I have installed on 7.3 diesel. The people at Full Force Diesel and great to deal with.
