SBI Nitride Race Exhaust Valve for 1994–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke (01786R)
The performance version of the SBI 01786 exhaust valve. It shares the stock head, stem and length dimensions but uses a bimetallic stainless/chromium steel construction with a nitrided finish for high-boost, high-EGT builds. Sold individually; the 7.3L uses eight exhaust valves.

- Bimetallic Construction: Austenitic stainless steel head welded to a chromium steel stem.
- Nitrided Finish: Nitrided all over, then polished, for wear resistance (black finish).
- Hardened Tip: Tip hardened to a minimum of 50 HRc.
- Dimensions: 1.680 in. head, 0.3122 in. stem, 5.799 in. overall length, 37° seat.
- Quantity: Sold each. Eight exhaust valves are needed per engine.
