The Sinister SD-BK-7-3 is the intercooler boot kit for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the boots only. The pipes are not included.

You get six four-ply silicone boots, hot side, cold side, and the intake plenum boots. Stainless spring clamps are in the box. Sinister rates the boots to a 400 psi burst. A split factory boot is a boost leak, a lazy turbo, and black soot at the clamp. These are the stock-size joints, so they work on factory pipes or an aftermarket set that still uses these connections. The warranty is Sinister’s 2-year coverage.

It fits 1999.5–2003 Super Duty 7.3 trucks.
