The AVP IBK73SD is a complete intercooler boot and clamp kit for the 1999.5–2003 Ford 7.3 Powerstroke. It replaces the factory charge-air boots that crack, swell, and blow off under boost.
The kit is six 4-ply silicone boots: two at the intercooler, two from the charge pipes to the intake spider, and two from the spider to the plenums. Twelve stainless spring clamps come with them. The silicone will not dry-rot and split the way the original rubber does, and the spring clamps hold through heat cycles so a hard pull does not pop a hose.
It is a direct fit on a stock intercooler, or an aftermarket cooler that still uses stock boots and tubes. It does not fit an early 1999 7.3.

Definitely the cheapest by far. Wasn't at all quality in my opinion. The boots frayed on the end and the clamps got squashed super easily. I would just shell out the extra hundred bucks to get a nice pair.
