    The stage 1.5 achieves more power with the larger nozzle but they are still a great choice for towing and without stress on the stock drivetrain. The power made is very noticeable in all driving conditions from off idle to full throttle.

    Stage 1.5 injectors features new 30% larger nozzle and plunger barrel assemblies for long life and predictable performance. The new single shot design is more efficient and requires a custom tuned chip to achieve the best performance. Power increases are up to 200 hp over a stock truck without any prior modifications. Fuel mileage may increase up to 1-2 mpg depending on driving style and driving conditions.

    New Gearhead Low Smoke Tuning. We now offer low smoke *Clean tuning. In a time when clean tuning is more desired we've step up to the plate. The days of "Clouds of Black Smoke" are behind us. We have partnered with a very reputable tuning company for the lowest/minimal smoke with modified injectors while maintaining optimal power output. Normal driving will yield very low smoke levels and very good power. Foot to the floor will make moderate smoke on the highest setting. Results of this custom tuning typically results in very good smoke control but smoke may vary. Tunes included are hi-idle, heavy tow, tow, street, hot street, and extreme. During the order process please indicate any further tune request you may need. HPOP, Transmission, etc. They will be custom written for each truck.

    Frequently Asked Questions:

    If you currently do not have a Hydra or TS Chip, select a Hydra or TS Chip option. This is required to convert the computer to a single shot fuel injector program. All tunes will add the appropriate power. Tunes included (*for most trucks) Heavy Tow, Hi idle, Light tow, Daily, Race and Extreme tunes. 

    Reburn my chip for free: If you have a Hydra or TS Chip we'll put our tunes for the injectors onto your chip. Select "free reflash" meaning you send us your chip (Hydra or TS) and we will reprogram and send it back to you. Hydra emailed tunes ($60) is just that we encrypt the tunes and email them to you for self install. Our Standard tunes typically work great on most trucks. In some cases, our Standard tuning may not work exactly the way you would like. Example: Shifting to hard, to soft, to soon, to late, etc.. At this point your truck would require custom tuning so that you can get tune revisions within 30 days of purchase from the custom tuning company. We cannot revise nor make any changes to our Standard tuning.

    A 02/25/2025, 3:44:16 PM You can run the stock only if you have a 94-97 truck. You will not get extra power over stock if you do as the truck will not increase the fuel. In the 99-03 trucks you must have a tuner.

    180's don't seem any better from OEM

    Sorry to say, I'm not impressed! I come off of stock injectors w/ 190K, with a Bully Dog 6 position chip, but the new 180/30's don't feel any different, except the truck sounds like a 6 liter now? Auto Equity shows no codes, and buzz test is strong. Strong compression, and minimal/normal blow-by. I don't think there is any parts/mods of the engine that is hindering the injectors...The mods on my truck are CCV to atmosphere, 6637 intake, 38R turbo w/.84 housing, Diesel site Waistgate control, Non EBPV Pedestal & housing, BD high pressure boots, Intercooler tested to 125 psi, Riffraff Air Heater eliminator, XDP Fuel tank sump, AirDog fuel pump, Riffraff fuel rail crossover, Riffraff High flow Banjo bolts, Riffraff High Flow CVD's, CNC FAB regulated return, CNC FAB high flow HPOP w/ stainless braided lines, Riffraff HPOP oil reservoir, 4 in exhaust no muffler, Diesel site mechanical boost fooler, ATS electronic boost fooler., Hydra Chip, and manual trans w/ 450 hp clutch. Not looking for a dragster...I want a truck that pulls hard off the bottom for towing, and hold's it's speed climbing hills.. I'm thinking I should've probably went with 205's!

    They injectors are awesome the truck runs noce and smooth with tons of power. But my injectors took forever to ship they say 3-5 days before they ship but mine didnt ship till the 7th day which was kinda aggravating, but the product is good quality
