6.0 Powerstroke Intake Valve – SBI 02179
The SBI 02179 intake valve is an OE-style replacement for the 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke (F-Series) and 2004.5–2010 6.0L E-Series vans. It restores factory valvetrain geometry and sealing on a 32-valve diesel that is hard on cylinder-head parts. Sold individually; 16 intake valves are required per engine.
It is built as a direct-fit replacement for the factory intake valve, with dimensions held to stock specs so it works with OEM springs, keepers, guides, and seats. SBI machines these to current production standards rather than copying worn OEM samples, which helps keep seat contact, stem clearance, and installed height consistent across a full set.
