6.0 Powerstroke Exhaust Valve – SBI 02180
The SBI 02180 exhaust valve is an OE-style replacement for the 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke (F-Series) and 2004.5–2010 6.0L E-Series vans. It restores factory valvetrain geometry and sealing on the hot side of a 32-valve diesel that runs high exhaust temperature and load. Sold individually; 16 exhaust valves are required per engine.
It is built as a direct-fit replacement for the factory exhaust valve, with dimensions held to stock specs so it works with OEM springs, keepers, guides, and seats. SBI machines these to current production standards rather than copying worn OEM samples, which helps keep seat contact, stem clearance, and installed height consistent across a full set.
